Dr Nina Dulabaum
Nina earned her Ph.D at the Technical University Berlin, Germany in Education and Psychology with emphasis on civic engagement. She has diverse work experience, e.g. as professor, author, instructional designer, consultant, administrator, researcher, mindfulness and mom.

She advocates for mindful lifelong learning, OER-innovative EDTech, social entrepeneurship, and global sustainability.

Nichole Wissman-Weber

Nichole Wissman-Weber

PhD, University of Massachusetts Boston, Business Administration under the National Science Foundation IGERT Fellowship

Nichole Wissman-Weber is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of San Diego School of Business, where she studies processes of climate adaptation and teaches strategy. Nichole’s commitment to environmental issues was cultivated while growing up in the Yakima Valley of Washington State, where the juxtaposition of community and the wilderness of the Cascade Mountains made the interconnection between environmental issues and justice hard to ignore.

In Nichole’s practice-based endeavors, she has organized and facilitated multi-stakeholder events, consulted on sustainability projects, worked in applied policy and research, and volunteered as a certified conflict mediator and in international ecological restoration programs.

 

Currently, Nichole’s attention is on climate adaptation. H can we integrate regenerative practices into current business models? Along with her research, she is developing two projects (1) Ark 2.0 a platform to amplify community-based sustainability efforts and (2) the Environmental Integration Lab at the University of San Diego to engage students and faculty in interdisciplinary solutions to environmental problems.

Viviana Jiménez

Viviana Jiménez is a sustainability expert specialised in corporate strategy, sustainable growth, corporate responsibility, and international conservation. She has guided global organisations in identifying and implementing strategic drivers for improved organisational management and purpose-driven leadership.

Viviana has worked on the intersection between sustainability and business with the University of Oxford, led the UNEP Convention on Migratory Species in North America, and worked with a number of charities to further environmental conservation and social equity. She was also an international markets securities trader in Bogotá, Colombia.

Viviana holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management at the University of Oxford, and a BA in Finance, Government, and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She studied International Environment and Development at American University and Non-profit Management at Georgetown University.

marriage equality campign titled My Big Gay (Il)legal Wedding to organinzing with the Wildlife
Conservation Society to save over 1 million acres of rainforest in Cross River State, Nigeria, Lila
loves to harness people power and creativty to combat the status quo. She holds a degree in
Government and Mind Brain Behavior from Harvard College.
Leila Rejali
Leila Rejali studied Russian and History at UCL. She worked as a journalist in Moscow before moving back to London where she co-founded an Anglo-Russian theatre company (Sputnik Theatre) and worked in communications and translation. In 2009, she moved to Amsterdam. She now works as a writer/performer with a focus on environmental issues. She helped to found the Green New Deal NL focus group, and is a member of Extinction Rebellion. She was inspired by seeing Normal Is Over in 2018 at an Amsterdam sustainability event and is proud to be arranging its UK premiere with a number of screenings.
Hélène de Puy
Hélène de Puy is co-founder of Ode (now called The Optimist),

a Dutch and USA print and online magazine covering positive news
and new developments worldwide that support mankind to move towards a healthier, happier and juster world.
She has been involved with many non-profit foundations and ran one ofthe most successful fundraising campaigns in
The Netherlands at the time of the war in Kosovo (Knuffels voor Kosovo).

Bonnie Bibas
Bonnie has a degree in psychology and holds a Certificate in Sustainable Practices from the Green MBA program at Dominican University. She is a graduate of the Environmental Forum of Marin, SF Urban Permaculture Institute, and the Nature Guide Training at WildCare in Marin County.

Bonnie serves on the Standard Committee for The Non-GMO Project and is a board member of the Hela Bima Rice Project. She’s also the founder of Pomegrant, an online collaborative philanthropy platform.

With 25 years of radio news experience as an CBS Radio News anchor, and has been a guest on local and national television programs including CNN Headline News. Her Royal Highness Princess Irene of the Netherlands
Princess of Orange-Nassau, Princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld, founder and chairman of NatuurCollege and honorary member of the Club of Budapest. “By being aware that we are part of a whole of life, we can connect ourselves with that as well as with the natural within ourselves and our fellow man.” Princes Irene focuses on the revaluation of the relationship between man and nature. In 2000 she founded the NatuurCollege, a social organization that strives for preservation and appreciation of the natural environment by promoting personal involvement and awareness. Here the emphasis is on the unity of life. In her work, natural leadership and the inside of sustainability receive special attention.
Mary T Crowley
Mary Crowley is the founder and executive director of Ocean Voyages Institute established in 1979 as a non-profit based in Sausalito, California, with the goal of preserving the maritime arts and sciences, the ocean environment and island cultures. Mary is one of the founders and project director of the environmental mission Project Kaisei focused on ocean clean-up. She is also founder and CEO of Ocean Voyages, Inc, an international yacht chartering company offering trips on sailing vessels and luxury yachts globally. She feels we all need to take action to improve the health of our ocean.
Lindsey Allen
Executive Director of Rainforest Action Network, has more than a decade of experience pressuring and inspiring some of the world’s largest corporations to protect rainforests, human rights and the climate. A veteran environmental and social justice organizer, Lindsey has spent her career preventing commodity expansion into globally critical forest areas and has played a central role in achieving some of the most significant corporate policy commitments to protect forests over the past decade.
Professor Ir. N.D. (Klaas) van Egmond
Klaas van Egmond (1946) is currently emeritus Faculty Professor Geosciences at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. He started his career with research on environmental pollution. Since 1988 he was Director Environment at the National Health & Environment RIVM-institute and since 2004 Director of the National Environmental Assessment Agency; in these functions he was advisor to the Dutch Cabinet of Ministers and members of parliament. More recently Klaas van Egmond has undertaken studies into the social, cultural, ethical and economic-financial aspects of the sustainability problem, the results are published in peer reviewed journals of different disciplines and in the Palgrave Macmillan book ‘Sustainable Civilization’; see also www.klaasvanegmond.nl
His Royal Highness, Prince Carlos de Bourbon de Parme
In the last twenty years, H.R.H. Prince Carlos de Bourbon de Parme has distinguished himself as an unofficial but daring and effective diplomat for sustainable development and Circular Economy in The Netherlands and abroad. He recognizes the special message of the documentary “Normal is Over” and the impact it could have on modern societies worldwide. He is fully convinced that in rough times, it’s these kinds of documentaries that offer an anchor and guidance. He is proud to be one of the ambassadors and committed to spread the message to as many organizations and businesses as possible.
Prof. dr. Jacqueline Cramer
Prof. dr. Jacqueline Cramer is strategic advisor of the Utrecht Sustainability Institute/Utrecht University and member of the Amsterdam Economic Board, particularly in charge of the circular economy. Moreover, she is director of the consultancy firm ‘Sustainable Entrepreneurship; strategy and innovation consulting’.

She was Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment for the Labour Party from February 2007 – February 2010. Her background is primarily related to industry, working as a consultant for many years with more than 150 companies on the implementation of sustainable entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. Moreover, she worked as part-time professor since 1990.

She was and still is member of various (inter) national advisory boards of the government, industry and non-profit organisations.

Lily Smith
Lily Smith is a serial entrepreneur, a marketing and communications expert, business coach and socialpreneur. Her commitment to social and environmental causes have led to assisting in the launch of numerous social-sector programs, including the Bay Area Green Business Program, the CleanTech Conference, and establishing a corporate charity, the West Oakland Alliance Foundation. As Executive Director of the latter she safeguarded the livelihood of 10% of the population of one of the most at-risk communities in the U.S. and received the MLK Award for philanthropy.

John Moeur
For John, ecological curiosity regarding the diversity and abundance of species initially grew into an academic career. Putting the ecological insights acquired while teaching to the tests thereafter in public service first, private industry second has given him many chances later in professional life to keep learning the biologically world has such truly astonishing diversity.
Marilyn Price
Marilyn is the Treasurer of the New Normal Foundation, and founder of Trips For Kids® a nonprofit that has opened the world of cycling to over 172,000 at-risk youth since 1988 through mountain bike rides and Earn-a-Bike programs. Marilyn brings her love of kids and bicycling, desire for a healthy environment, and indefatigable devotion to the organization. Marilyn was most recently named a 2015 CNN Hero.
Edward T Hall III
From Harvard, Bard and Columbia University to the trenches of Occupy Wall Street, Edward Hall
now focuses on developing and applying global cooling economic principles in the heart of NYC
via agriculture and open education. Edward directs the only independent education
organization (Seedball) to receive the National Nature Conservancy grant for education in
sustainablility, agriculture and ecology.
Antoine Heideveld
Antoine Heideveld is the Secretary of the Dutch Foundation. He is educated as a biologist at the University of Amsterdam. Currently he is the managing director of Het Groene Brein, Green Minds, a network of scientists for the new, circular economy, seeking system changes that lead to a sustainable economic system. Antoine previously worked for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the University of Amsterdam and the Foundation for Sustainable Higher Education.
Yasin Amani
Yasin’s MBA education at Nyenrode Business University inspired him to shift his professional attention by co-founding Heartbeat Strategy. He believes that companies are THE perfect agents to lead transformation. His mission is to activate companies to recognise both the responsibility they have for society (the Heart) as the economic drive for profitable business (the Beat).
Ernst Vriesendorp
Ernst is a business, financial and investment professional educated at the University of Amsterdam and IE Business School in Madrid (MBA graduate). Ernst is an impact driven manager with a strong intrinsic mission to improve the balance between the public and private (financial) sector. A balance where money is better connected to nature and our long term future. Initiate system changes and support smaller impact driven example projects are key elements in his opinion. Currently, Ernst is an entrepreneur, finance professional and consultant with a broad working experience across different sectors and countries. He strongly supports nature conservation projects, and improvement of local economies compared to further globalization/ trade.

Allard is a green chemical engineer and networker for over 15 years of experience. He likes to focus on transformational change through tangible action, and sustainable energy.
